Role Assistant Manager - Contract Documentation 

Reporting to Sr. Manger Collections

Location(s) Bangalore

About the role

You will be responsible for ensuring the compliance of all sales purchase order, contracts and agreements with customers and dealers.

As an Assistant Manager Contract Documentation you are responsible for:

  • Be the single point of contact for record keeping of all Sales Purchase Orders (SPO) and contracts with customers and dealer agreement
  • Verify the details of the contracts and ensure completion of the same in case of any missing element, and complete timely approvals of the same in the CRM 
  • Ensure that contracts and proposals are properly entered into organizational databases and securely maintained.
  • Draft, review and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the companys full legal rights
  • Drive contractual compliances including timely renewal etc. to protect the companys interest from applicable legal risks arising from contracts;
  • Coordinate with regional team members for compliance of internal processes including but not limited to timely submission of SPO, training on key pointers towards compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A graduate from any stream
  • 3-5 years of experience in dealing with contracts and documentation.
