- Make a development plan and identify site for setting up ALDS.
- Identify network of agents - Select, and train them to identify new sites.
- Prepare documents for title verification, land valuations, traffic study, and project report management approval.
- Liaise with land owners & dealers for documentation.
- Follow up with dealers on NOC and plan approval for sites.
Salary: INR 2,00,000 - 2,50,000 P.A.
