Job Description

  • Roles and Responsibilities:

    Business Development:

    1. Stock Management You should have knowledge of stock (paper) available with you for upcoming printing of TB , WB , TA , TLM , Report cards etc .
    2. Channel Development- You need to maintain a proper channel of stock procurement from Printer and vendors .
    3. Dispatch management: Need to dispatch the required material to respective area after receiving internal transfer paper.
    4. Maintaining end to end project: You should have knowledge of procurement of raw material which is consumed in printing till delivery of finished. Providing timely updates to management and onshore/offshore counterparts .
    5. Handling with printers: Should have good negotiation skill which helps in cost reduction of various kits and printing.
    6. Cash Management: Cash management thru happay and petty cash provided to you for procurement.

    Reporting and Documentation
    1. Documentation: Updates of project status, procured material list , Dispatched material details etc.
    2. Reporting: Document related to movement of goods, related to delivered goods, related to finished stock available.

    Its a high skill demanding field person should well versed with excel, Spread sheet, power point, thorough with mail format.

    Qualifications& Experience
    A graduate from any stream
    An MBA/PGDBM degree is preferable.
    Dealt with end to end project handling.
    2-3 years of experience in Operations ( preferable related to education sector )

    Must Have
    Ability to communicate fluently in Hindi , English and knowledge of telugu will carry weightage.
    Should have knowledge related to product procurement, negotiation skills.
    Comfortable in travelling to various work location based on requirement ( Bangalore , pune etc) and to various printers .
    Detail of stock present at ware house to estimate the requirement for upcoming printing.
    Problem Solving Skills, time and resource management in Supply chain management.
    Team work and collaboration- Should be able to work with other team members.
    Reporting-timely reporting of daily activities and business.
    Inter personal skills and communication- Excellent communication and ability to build rapport

    Good to have

    Key Account Management
    Channel development and management
    Data handling and MS office
    Flexible in shift timing if required .
