Responsibilities Includes:
  • To generate New Business for the defined geography.
  • Managing an effective & efficient Sales funnel/pipeline.
  • Adhering to Sales Discipline
  • Understanding Customer Needs (Both Explicit & Implicit)
  • Strategic planning with SMART objectives for the defined geography
Skills required:
  • Revenue generated & Profitability
  • Current Opportunities & closing ratio
  • Customer meetings
  • Profiling sheet of every customer in pipeline.
  • Business Plan with Specific, Measurable, Actionable, Realistic & Time bound objectives broken down into short term & long term goals aligned with organization vision & mission
  • To generate New Business for the defined geography
  • Strategic planning with SMART objectives for the defined geography
  • To meet minimum 80% of his budgets
  • Minimum 36 current opportunities # Closing ratio of minimum 10% # A right mix of customers in pipeline ( 60% - High size revenue opportunities & 40% - Medium size revenue
  • # Unrelaistic and over confident business plan # Not working as a team with other cross functions # Missing direction and execution of freezed plan with CBO
  • Deal Closure timelines # Reaching out to right contacts / Decision makers
  • # Pricing & Commercials understanding # Profit Analysis.
Travel 50% (Karnataka & Kerala)
